The invention discloses a large-range laser-induced fluorescence concentration measurement system, and belongs to the field of environmental test measurement. The system comprises a laser light source, a laser scanning unit, an image acquisition unit and a clock synchronization unit which are in star connection through cables, the clock synchronization unit is a central node, and signal cables are respectively connected with the laser light source, the laser scanning unit and the image acquisition unit. The laser light source as an end node, the laser scanning unit and the image acquisition unit cooperatively work under the control of the clock synchronization unit.
