Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a novel calibration device and method aiming at the specific polarization state parameter calibration problem of an optical fiber polarization analyzer. According to the calibration device, an integral comparison calibration method is adopted, a polarization state of optical fiber output light is directly calibrated through a standard Stokes vector meter, and then an optical fiber polarization analyzer is connected for calibration; in order to solve the problems that the shape of an optical fiber patch cord is inevitably changed in the process from calibration to calibration, and the polarization state of optical fiber output light is slightly different from a calibration value, the invention proposes to calibrate an optical fiber deformation matrix by using part of test data, and then enabling an actual value of the polarization state of the optical fiber output light to be highly consistent with a calibration value through correction, so that the calibration error is further reduced. |
