The preparation process comprises the following steps of: step 1, raw material preparation: an aluminum alloy material comprises the following alloy components in percentage by weight: less than or equal to 0.8% of Fe, less than or equal to 0.50% of Si, more than or equal to 0.90% and less than or equal to 1.35% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.25% of Mg, less than or equal to 0.15% of Cu, less than or equal to 0.05% of Cr, less than or equal to 0.03% of Zr and the balance of aluminum; step 2, die casting: a rolled cast ingot is subjected to hot rolling at the temperature of 310-450 DEG C to form an aluminum alloy rod body, and the outer diameter of the aluminum alloy rod body is 1.1-1.2 times larger than the outer diameter of a bobbin to be formed; and step 3, annealing: recrystallization is conducted on the aluminum alloy rod body, and final annealing is conducted.
