The bonding coating slurry comprises a binder, water and a cosolvent, wherein the binder comprises an organic binder and a water-based binder, and a hydrogen bond can be formed between the organic binder and the water-based binder. The hydrogen bond can be formed between the organic binder and the water-based binder, so that the bonding performance of the bonding coating slurry can be improved. A bonding coating containing a plurality of annular structures can be formed by adopting the bonding coating slurry, and compared with whole-surface accumulation of an organic bonding agent, the bonding structure has lower density, so that the risk that the bonding coating blocks a porous structure in a base material is reduced, and the internal resistance of the base material containing the bonding coating is further reduced; and meanwhile, the concentration of the bonding coating slurry required for forming the bonding structure is |
