Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for repairing an injector through electron beam welding. The method comprises the following steps of (1) confirming the leakage positions of nozzles of the injector and a midsole brazing seam in an airtight test, checking the number of the nozzles with the leakage of the brazing seam, and processing a corresponding number of copper rings; (2) processing an annular groove at the connecting part of the nozzle and the midsole with leakage in a brazing seam; (3) the middle copper ring is welded in a vacuum electron beam welding mode, and the nozzle and the midsole are connected through the molten copper rings; and (4) carrying out airtight test inspection on the inspirator after electron beam welding repair, and inspecting whether leakage exists in a welding seam of the midsole and the nozzle or not. By the adoption of the technology, the qualified rate of brazing seams leaked in an airtight test can reach 97% or above.
