A pair of side panels (106, 106a) are disposed below the seat assembly (110) including a right-side panel (106a) and a left-side panel (106). The pair of side panels (106, 106a) includes a top portion (106T) and a bottom portion (106B), both of which forms a cutout (106V) therebetween.
