The system comprises an upper computer, a power supply unit, a fault simulation unit, a metering unit and a load unit, the input end of the metering unit is electrically connected with the output end of the power supply unit through the fault simulation unit, and the signal output end of the metering unit is electrically connected with the acquisition end of the upper computer through the fault simulation unit; the power supply output end of the metering unit is electrically connected with the load unit and the output end of the power supply unit through the fault simulation unit, and the output end of the upper computer is electrically connected with the control end of the fault simulation unit.
