Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a numerical simulation method for an ionic rare earth ore agitation leaching process, which comprises the following steps that related ionic rare earth is processed by adopting an agitation tank agitation leaching technology, so that rare earth ions are fully leached and separated; a numerical simulation method is adopted, so that a leaching kinetics curve of the rare earth can be accurately obtained; under the condition of comparison and verification with experimental results, influence factors of leaching kinetics can be further studied, optimization guidance is provided for improvement of a mineral leaching technology in the future, and a powerful theoretical basis is also provided for implementation of green mining. 本发明提出一种离子型稀土矿搅拌浸出过程的数值模拟方法,采用搅拌槽搅拌浸出技术处理相关离子型稀土,使稀土离子得到充分浸出与分离;采用数值模拟的方法,可准确得到稀土的浸出动力学曲线;在和实验结果对比验证的情况下,可进一步研究浸出动力学的影响因素,为日后浸矿技术的改进提供了优化指导,也为如何实施绿色开采提供有力的理论依据。
