The device comprises a liquid preparation tank, a visualized crack plate device, a drive pump, a laser transmitter, a camera; and a processing unit which is used for comparing the first average vorticity field data S (i, j, k) of the fracturing fluid in all query areas of a j test area under Qi with the second average vorticity field data T (i, j, k) of clear water in all query areas of the j test area under Qi, and calculating the drag reduction rate D (i, j) of the fracturing fluid in the j test area under Qi; and the arithmetic mean value of the p*m resistance reduction rates is calculated, and the calculated resistance reduction rate D of the fracturing fluid is obtained.
