Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of flexible sensors, and particularly discloses a resistance-type flexible carbon fiber strain sensor and a manufacturing method thereof. The structure of the resistance-type flexible carbon fiber strain sensor comprises an upper protection layer, a sensitive element and a lower protection layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom; wires are respectively connected with left and right ends of the sensitive element; and the sensitive element is made of carbon fiber prepreg cloth. The resistance-type flexible carbon fiber strain sensor has the advantages of strong elasticity, high sensitivity, strong controllability, strong anti-interference capability, adjustable sensitivity and working range, and low manufacturing difficulty. 本发明涉及柔性传感器技术领域,具体公开一种电阻式柔性碳纤维应变传感器及其制作方法,其结构包括由上至下依次层叠设置的上保护层、敏感元件和下保护层;导线分别连接敏感元件的左右两端;敏感元件的制作材料包括碳纤维预浸布。该电阻式柔性碳纤维应变传感器弹性强、灵敏度高、可控性强同时抗干扰能力强,能够调节灵敏度以及工作范围,制作难度低。
