Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of sintering, in particular to the field of sintering ignition furnaces. According to a method for reducing the negative pressure of a hearth of a sintering ignition furnace, a gas path for flue gas to pass through and a material path for bulk materials to pass through are installed on the lower portion of an air bellow of the sintering ignition furnace by means of the difference of the specific gravity of the flue gas and the specific gravity of the bulk materials; and the flue gas and the bulk materials are separated and discharged. The material path comprises a funnel, a gate valve, a double-layer cinder valve and a discharge chute which are sequentially connected; the gas path comprises a gas guide pipe, an air volume adjusting butterfly valve, a corrugated pipe and an air bellow branch pipe; the large end of the funnel is connected to the lower part of the air bellow of the sintering ignition furnace; the discharge chute is connected with a bulk material belt; the gas g |
