Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for subcritical water extraction of alpha-linolenic acid in flaxseeds. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment of the flaxseeds: carrying out crushing and sieving to obtain flaxseed powder; (2) subcritical extraction: taking the flaxseed powder, adding pure water containing a food-grade acid-base regulator, conducting heating and pressurizing, and performing stirring and extracting in a water subcritical state; and (3) collection of an extract: after the extraction is finished, carrying out cooling and collecting the extract. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the alpha-linolenic acid in the flaxseeds is firstly extracted by using subcritical water extraction, an extraction amount is obviously increased, chemical organic reagents are not used, and the method is environment-friendly.
