The high-precision double-end cutting combined reamer comprises a tool bar, a tool bit and a connecting rod. Cutting parts are arranged at the two ends of the tool bit, symmetrical inner taper holes are formed in the tool bit, each inner taper hole is of a structure with the large outer end and the small inner end, the tool bit and the tool bar are connected through the connecting rod, and connection and coaxiality adjustment are carried out through a sleeve structure, a cylindrical structure and corresponding symmetrical or evenly-distributed set screws. When the reamer is used, after the cutting part at one end is abraded, the reamer can be turned over and then cut by utilizing the cutting part at the other end, and coaxiality adjustment is realized through structures such as the set screws, so that the precision of the reversed reamer still meets the requirement of high-precision machining.
