Zusammenfassung:	A vehicle control system (1, 101) comprises a vehicular onboard device (11, 111) and a portable terminal (12, 112). The vehicular onboard device comprises a lock control unit (41) that controls a lock mechanism (21) to lock and unlock a vehicle (2) door. A system control unit (44, 144) of the vehicle control system controls the system so that unlocking conditions cannot be satisfied when a determination unit (42) determines that the portable terminal is in the vehicle interior, and, if such control is performed, controls the system so that satisfaction of the above condition is possible when a detection unit (43, 143) detects use of the portable terminal. 车辆控制系统(1、101)具备车载装置(11、111)和便携终端(12、112)。车载装置具备锁定控制部(41)，该锁定控制部对执行车辆(2)的车门的锁定和解锁的锁定机构(21)进行控制。车辆控制系统所具备的系统控制部(44、144)在通过判定部(42)判定为便携终端存在于车厢内时，控制该系统以使得不能满足解锁的条件，另外，在执行这样的控制的情况下，在通过检测部(43、143)检测出便携终端的使用时，控制该系统以使得能够满足上述的条件。
