Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of torque testing, in particular to a torque control system and testing method for a rotary linear magnetic lead screw. The control system comprises a mounting flat plate, a permanent magnet synchronous motor, a bearing fixer and a testing body are sequentially mounted on the mounting flat plate, and a magnetic lead screw is mounted at the output end of the permanent magnet synchronous motor through a coupler; the magnetic lead screw is arranged between the two bearing fixers, and a torque sensor is installed between the magnetic lead screw and the test body. The test method comprises the steps of establishing a relationship between the electromagnetic thrust of the magnetic lead screw and the current of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and further establishing a relationship between the electromagnetic torque and the electromagnetic thrust and a relationship between the electromagnetic torque and the current.
