The invention discloses an ultrasonic image denoising method, device and equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps of sequentially carrying out the down-sampling and low-pass filtering processing of an input image, and obtaining a resolution-reduced ultrasonic image; performing edge detection on the ultrasonic image to obtain a plurality of gradient images in different directions; calculating the intensity response and the main direction of the current pixel point according to each gradient image; correspondingly calculating a self-adaptive segmentation threshold value based on the intensity, and judging whether the current pixel point is a tissue area of the ultrasonic image or not according to the segmentation threshold value; if the region is the tissue region, performing smooth filtering processing on the tissue region; if the tissue area is a non-tissue area, performing low-pass filtering processing on the tissue area; and fusing the tissue area and the non-tiss
