The system comprises an analog collection sensor, a signal conditioning circuit, an A/D conversion board card, an FPGA unit, a DSP calculation unit, and a load characteristic data output display unit. The analog collection sensor is connected with the signal conditioning circuit, the signal conditioning circuit is connected with the A/D conversion board card, the A/D conversion board card is connected with the FPGA unit, the FPGA unit is connected with the DSP calculation unit, and the DSP calculation unit is connected with the load characteristic data output display unit. The invention has the advantages that on-site collection and analysis of on-site load characteristic data can be achieved, and engineering technicians can conveniently judge on-site carrier communication influence factors.
