Under the condition that the type, the capacity and the position of a distributed power supply connected to each node of a power distribution network are uncertain, the operation economy, the reliability and the environmental protection property in the whole life cycle are considered, single objectification is carried out on the operation economy, the reliability and the environmental protection property so as to set a total economy objective function, and a particle swarm optimization (PSO) is used for carrying out minimum optimization on the total objective function value, thereby finally obtaining the type, the position and the capacity of the distributed power supply when the economic cost is minimum.
