Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for predicting a temperature field and a velocity field of supercritical hydrocarbon fuel in a horizontal circular tube, relates to the field of thermal protection of scramjet engines, and solves the problem of rapid prediction of a physical field of the hydrocarbon fuel RP-3 in the horizontal circular tube under supercritical pressure. The method comprises the steps that firstly, according to design experience, extracting test working conditions and geometric parameters to serve as input of a model, and setting the temperature field and velocity field information calculated through ANSYS numerical simulation serves as output of the model, and subjecting the input and output parameters to normalization processing; and dividing a training set and a test set according to a proportion of 8:2, adjusting the topological structure of the data-driven model, and evaluating the prediction precision and prediction efficiency of the data-driven model by using the test set.
