Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for simply and quickly detecting CTAB (Cetyltrimethyl Ammonium Bromide), which comprises the following steps: by taking nuclear fast red as a stabilizer and AgNO3 and NaBH4 as reaction reagents, preparing AgNCs by adopting a chemical reduction method. When excitation is carried out at the wavelength of 370 nm, AgNCs shows strong fluorescence emission at the wavelength of 500 nm. Researches find that when cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) is added into an AgNCs solution, the fluorescence intensity of the AgNCs is effectively quenched, when the concentration of the CTAB is within the range of 0.01-1.0 mmol/L, the reduction degree of the fluorescence intensity of the silver nanoclusters is in a good linear relation with the concentration of the CTAB, and the detection limit is 6.110-9 mol/L.
