The method comprises the following steps that the length, width and height of the chamber and the arch height of the chamber are determined; the layered height of the chamber is determined; a lower straight roadway is constructed; a deslagging level roadway is constructed; a lower curved roadway is constructed; an uphill inclined roadway is constructed; a rock drilling platform is constructed; an upper straight roadway is constructed; a deslagging draw shaft is constructed; an arch crown is expanded and brushed on the rock drilling platform and the upper straight roadway until the arch crown of the chamber is excavated and supported, and deslagging is conducted through the deslagging draw shaft and the deslagging level roadway; and layered construction is conducted until chamber construction is completed.
