In the first step, edible oil which is not deodorized is manually selected, weighed, placed in a shady and cool place and subjected to open standing for 1-2 h. The steam countercurrent deodorization process for edible oil is low in cost, and the adopted steam is low in price, easy to obtain and easy to separate. The operation is simple, heating to a high temperature is not needed, and less energy is consumed. The heating temperature is low, the steam outlet is vacuumized, grease oxidation, decomposition and polymerization can be effectively prevented, and good economic benefits are achieved.
