Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method and a device for rapidly sintering adhesive-free tungsten carbide powder. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a WC powder with micron-sized particle size of 0.8 micron; assembling a mold part, and performing even filling with the WC powder; performing sintering in three stages with a preheating current of 1-2 kA for 1-3 s, with a sintering current of 5-6 kA for 5-7 s, and with a heat preservation current of 1.5-4 kA for 2-4 s; applying a pressure of 15 to 30 MPa; and after electrifying is finished, maintaining the pressure and the argon atmosphere until the sample is cooled. The method has the characteristics of energy conservation, high sintering efficiency, high prepared sample strength and the like.
