Power cable pay-off device and use method thereof

The power cable pay-off device comprises a base, universal wheels, a traction frame and a connecting hole, the universal wheels are arranged at the bottom end of the base, the traction frame is arranged on one side wall of the base, the connecting hole is formed in the traction frame, and a connecting pin is arranged in the connecting hole; and a hydraulic rod is arranged on one side of each universal wheel, a supporting seat is arranged at the bottom end of each hydraulic rod, and a first motor is arranged in the base. The device has the advantages that by arranging a remote controller, a signal transmitter and a signal receiver, when halfway shutdown is needed in the working process of the device, an operator can send an instruction through the remote controller, the signal transmitter transmits the instruction to the signal receiver, and then the signal receiver transmits a signal into an operation panel; and finally, the devi
