The front and rear axle torque distribution method comprises the steps of obtaining the real-time front-row seat bearing mass and the real-time rear-row seat bearing mass of the vehicle; calculating a front axle load and a rear axle load of the vehicle based on the front-row seat bearing mass and the rear-row seat bearing mass; determining a front axle torque distribution ratio and a rear axle torque distribution ratio according to the calculated front axle load and the rear axle load; and controlling the front axle and the rear axle to output torque according to the determined front axle torque distribution ratio and the determined rear axle torque distribution ratio.
