Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an ultra-high-speed flight model deceleration recovery device and method. The device comprises a sponge buffer area and a paraffin recovery area, wherein the sponge buffer area comprises multiple flame-retardant sponge layers, the density of the single flame-retardant sponge layers is uniform, the flame-retardant sponge layers are tightly attached layer by layer in the model launching direction, the density and the layer sectional area of each flame-retardant sponge layer are increased layer by layer, and the paraffin recovery area is arranged on the side, away from a model, of a flame-retardant sponge buffer area and used for decelerating and recovering the model. According to the ultra-high-speed flight model deceleration recovery device and method, soft recovery of the model with the mass larger than 1 kg and the launching speed larger than 1.5 km/s can be achieved.
