Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a soybean protein-based adhesive, a soybean protein-based composite material, and a preparation and application of the soybean protein-based composite material, belonging to the field of materials science. According to the invention, specific modified cellulose nanoparticles are compounded with soybean protein, a protein denaturant, a cross-linking agent, a plasticizer and water to prepare the soybean protein-based composite material, wherein the modified cellulose nanoparticles are prepared by depositing tannic acid on the surface of nano-cellulose to obtain nano-cellulose CTA with tannic acid deposited on the surface, and then grafting alkylamine on the surface of the CTA. The mechanical strength, toughness and water resistance of the soybean protein-based composite material disclosed by the invention are remarkably improved, wherein tensile strength can reach 18 MPa, elongation at break can reach 30%, dry bonding strength can reach 2.7 MPa, and wet bonding strength can reach 1.3 MPa
