The method comprises a real-time supervising system, online real-time supervising equipment in the real-time supervising system is wirelessly connected with a mechanical production device through the Ethernet; the online real-time supervising device automatically collects data information in the product production and manufacturing process in the mode of shooting, photographing, detecting and recording production parameters of the mechanical production device. The real-time supervising system uploads supervised data information to a cloud data processing system in real time; and a user terminal supervises and manages data information in the cloud data processing system through a network, and the cloud data processing system issues signals to a feedback system in the real-time supervising system.
