The hard alloy blade comprises a blade head and a blade seat which are integrally formed, the blade head is provided with a blade cutting edge used for cutting, and the blade seat is provided with a positioning groove used for mounting and positioning the blade; the main relief angle alpha of the blade is 25+/-0.1 degrees, the side cutting edge angle beta is 4+/-0.1 degrees, the side relief angle gamma is 3+/-0.1 degrees, and the fillet radius R1 of a tool nose of the blade is 0.4+/-0.01 mm.
