Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a methanol synthesis catalyst loaded on a gel carrier. The invention belongs to the technical field of catalyst preparation. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a Cu matrix and a Zn matrix by using a coprecipitation method; coprecipitating an aluminum salt solution with a composite precipitator composed of alkali and polyethylene glycol to obtain a sol solution; adding 1%-5% (wt.) of a gel inducer epoxypropane into the composite sol solution, and then carrying out aging treatment for 0.5-5 hours to finally obtain a composite gel carrier; loading the matrixes on the composite gel carrier to obtain catalyst slurry; and granulating and drying through spray drying, and finally, carrying out tableting molding on the roasted particles to obtain a finished product of the catalyst.
