OBJECT TRACKING DEVICE AND OBJECT TRACKING METHOD

An object tracking device having: a storage means for storing in advance, for each position or area in a fish-eye image, a standard pertaining to the amount of movement of an object between frames; a determination means for determining the position of a search region in a second frame image, which is subsequent to a first frame image, on the basis of the position of the object in the first frame image and the standard pertaining to the movement amount corresponding to the position of the object in the first frame image; and a search means for searching for the object in the search region of the second frame image, and thereby identifying the position of the object in the second frame image. 物体追踪装置，具有：存储单元，按鱼眼图像上的每个位置或者区域，预先存储与帧之间的物体的移动量相关的基准；决定单元，基于第1帧图像中的所述物体的位置、以及与所述第1帧图像中的所述物体的位置对应的所述移动量相关的基准，来决定作为所述第1帧图像之后的图像的第2帧图像中的搜索领域的位置；以及搜索单元，通过从所述第2帧图像的所述搜索领域中搜索所述物体，确定所述第2帧图像中的所述物体的位置。
