A ratchet wheel (6) having an output element (20) is rotatably mounted in the chamber (5). The chamber (5) is covered on the opening side by a cover (31). According to the invention, the cover (31) has a cover plate (32, 49) and a cover disc (33). The cover plate (32, 49) has an outer side edge (34) directed to the chamber wall (7) having a protruding spring (35). A groove (38) is provided in the chamber wall (7), in which groove the cover plate (32, 49) having the spring (35) is inserted.
