The invention discloses a method for detecting the migration volume of the organic matters in the paper packaging material. The method comprises the following steps of 1) preparing a mixed standard working solution of the organic matters by taking methanol as a solvent; preparing a methanol extract of a dry simulant as a simulant solution; preparing a methanol extract of a simulation material as a sample solution, wherein the simulation material is obtained by carrying out a migration test on a paper packaging material and a dry simulant; internal standard substances being added into the mixed standard working solution, the sample solution and the simulant solution; and 2) detecting the mixed standard working solution, the sample solution and the simulant solution by adopting gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and calculating the migration volume of each organic matter in the paper packaging material according to the standard curve.
