The invention discloses a multi-compressor refrigerating system and an air conditioner. The multi-compressor refrigerating system comprises an outdoor heat exchanger, a throttling component, an indoor heat exchanger and at least two compressors arranged in parallel. Exhaust ports of the compressors are connected with an inlet a of an oil separator in parallel. The outdoor heat exchanger is connected with an air outlet b of the oil separator. Air suction ports of the compressors are connected with an oil outlet c of the oil separator in parallel. An outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger is connected with a liquid storage device. A control valve is connected between the liquid storage device and the throttling component in series. When the different compressors are switched to work, the control valve is closed, the currently-running compressor is shut down in a delayed manner, and a refrigerant is stored in a condenser and the liquid storage device.
