Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a special halogen-free flame-retardant nylon 6 composite material for a high-whiteness yellowing-resistant low-voltage electric appliance shell, the material is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 35 to 65 percent of PA6 slice, 15 to 40 percent of chopped glass fiber, 8 to 20 percent of nitrogen flame retardant, 0 to 15 percent of glass bead, 0.1 to 1.2 percent of stable additive, 0.1 to 0.7 percent of lubricant and 0 to 6 percent of titanium dioxide. The halogen-free flame-retardant nylon composite material has the characteristics of low cost, high whiteness and yellowing resistance.
