The rear wheel steering mechanism comprises a steering wheel and a steering motor, and a steering encoder is mounted on the steering motor; and the operating system comprises a steering wheel and a steering wheel rotating shaft, and the steering wheel rotating shaft is located below the steering wheel, used for supporting the steering wheel and provided with an angle sensor and a corner transmission.
