Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an anti-diarrhea synbiotics microcapsule. A core material is prebiotics containing inulin nanoparticles and pediococcus acidilactici; the wall material is a pH-sensitive high-molecular compound. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the synbiotics microcapsule with pectin/chitosan as the wall material by using a nanotechnology. The anti-diarrhea synbiotics microcapsule disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the gastrointestinal tract tolerance is enhanced, the antibacterial effect is improved, the secretion amount of pediococcus acidilactici secreting pediococcus acidilactici is obviously increased by 2-3 times, and the microcapsule rapidly releases the pediococcus acidilactici loaded with inulin nano-particles in an artificial simulated intestinal environment, so that the antibacterial effect on salmonella enterica is improved.
