The communication device comprises a data input module, a delay minimum module, a task unloading module, a prediction module, a gateway server role determination module, a gateway server mutual assistance module and a correction module. According to the device, a task unloading decision is made based on the minimum task delay of terminal equipment of the Internet of Things, the task unloading efficiency is further improved in a mode of cooperation between gateway servers, and the device aims at achieving low-delay processing and transmission of tasks of the terminal equipment in the intelligent Internet of Things so as to improve the user experience quality of a terminal equipment user.
