The system the following steps: constructing a vulnerability evaluation framework and an evaluation index system of the renewable energy power generation system; determining an evaluation object; carrying out de-dimensionalization on index data; respectively calculating an exposure index and a sensitivity comprehensive index of a hydraulic power generation system, a photovoltaic power generation system and a wind power generation system in an evaluation region; and calculating an exposure degree + sensitivity comprehensive index and an adaptive capacity index of an evaluation object renewable energy power generation system, calculating a vulnerability index of the renewable energy power generation system, and carrying out grading and qualitative analysis.
