The device is characterized in that the storage box is a rectangular hollow box body, a micro air inlet pump is fixedly mounted at the right upper corner in the box, a micro air exhaust pump is fixedly mounted at the left lower corner in the box, a plurality of positioning plates are arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall in the box, the slide rack is detachably mounted between the positioning plates, and an electric control chamber is arranged at the upper end of the storage box. According to the invention, the slide rack is detachably arranged between the positioning plates on the side wall of the storage box; the air pump with one inlet and one outlet can accelerate the flow rate of air inside and outside the box, so the slides can be quickly air-dried; a sealing device and a magnetic suction device which are matched with each other are arranged on
