Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a heat-resistant polyurethane material for 3D printing as well as a preparation method and a printing method of the heat-resistant polyurethane material. The heat-resistant polyurethane material is prepared from 100 parts of a p-phenylene diisocyanate-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and 5 to 50 parts of talcum powder. According to the invention, the p-phenylene diisocyanate-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and the talcum powder are blended, so that the hardness of the obtained heat-resistant polyurethane material is 90-95A, and the melt index at 210 DEG C is 20-35g/10min. The 3D printing technology is utilized, the heat-resistant polyurethane material is adopted for achieving integrated forming of the large-size non-pneumatic tire, the stability and high precision of long-time 3D printing are guaranteed, and the finally-formed tire has excellent performance.
