Zusammenfassung:	A thermal management device is disclosed. Frost adhering to a radiator of the thermal management device is removed. A thermal circuit includes a radiator path, a bypass path, an electrical equipment path, and a heating path. A control device executes a defrosting operation after executing a first operation in which a first heating operation and a heat storage operation are executed at the same time. In the first heating operation, the control device heats a heat medium in the radiator path by means of the radiator and performs heating by means of the heat of the heat medium in the heating path by means of the heater while circulating the heat medium in a first circulation flow path including the radiator path and the heating path. During the heat storage operation, the control device circulates the heat medium in a second circulation flow path including the electrical equipment path and the bypass path.
