The invention discloses a resourceful treatment process for fly ash in a waste incineration plant. The resourceful treatment process comprises the following steps of performing primary flushing, secondary flushing and dehydration on the fly ash by using waste leachate in the waste incineration plant, effectively removing soluble chlorine in the fly ash, separating out heavy metal and inorganic salt, and recycling to obtain secondary fly ash slag; the secondary fly ash residues are subjected to acid pickling and dehydration, insoluble chlorine in the fly ash residues is effectively removed, and obtained dehydrated filter cakes enter a landfill leachate treatment system to be used as a curing agent.
