The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic panel assemblies, in particular to an axially-linked movable photovoltaic panel assembly. A bracket is rotationally arranged on the front side edge of the upper end of a base through a rotating shaft, a mounting frame is rotationally arranged on the left side edge of the bracket through a rotating shaft, and a photovoltaic panel is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame; the seasonal angle adjusting assemblies are fixedly arranged on the bases, the sunlight angle adjusting assemblies are fixedly arranged on the bases, the multiple bases are fixedly arranged in a left-right mode, the seasonal angle adjusting assemblies and the sunlight angle adjusting assemblies on the adjacent bases are in transmission connection, and the driving assembly is fixedly arranged on the wall of the left side of the leftmost base. Two groups of angle adjusting structures which work independently are arranged and used for controlling the seasonal angle and the sunlight ang
