The leveling device comprises a mounting frame, a strickling assembly and a dispersing assembly; the mounting frame is used for connecting external components; the strickling assembly is connected to the mounting frame, the strickling assembly and the road surface are arranged at an interval, and the height of the strickling assembly is adjustable; the dispersing assembly comprises a mounting rack and a dispersing part, the mounting rack is connected to the mounting frame, the dispersing part is rotatably connected to the mounting rack, and the rotating axis of the dispersing part is perpendicular to the road surface; in the moving direction of the leveling device, the dispersing assembly is arranged on the front side of the strickling assembly.
