The lanthanum-iron alloy comprises the following components including, by weight, 10.04%-50.05% of lanthanum, 59.97%-95.06% of lanthanum and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities with the total amount of less than 0.5%, wherein the content of oxygen is less than or equal to 0.01%, the content of carbon is less than or equal to 0.01%, the content of phosphorus is less than or equal to 0.01%, and the content of sulfur is less than or equal to 0.005%.
