The high-temperature-resistant flame-retardant protective shoe is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 to 110 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 15 to 25 parts of silicon rubber, 10 to 20 parts of metal oxide filler, 10 to 25 parts of microcapsule powder, 20 to 30 parts of silane coupling agent, 3 to 5 parts of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-tert-butylperoxy hexane and 1 to 3 parts of flame retardant, wherein the wall material of the microcapsule powder is melamine-formaldehyde resin, and the core material of the microcapsule powder is n-tetracosane. The protective shoe prepared in the invention has good high temperature resistance and heat insulation performance, and can be used in a high temperature environment for a long time.
