Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a low-temperature POF matte high-shrinkage film and a production process thereof. The low-temperature POF matte high-shrinkage film comprises three structure layers A, B and C, ,wherein the layer A and the layer C are respectively compounded on two sides of the layer B, the layer A is prepared from 40 to 60 parts of a low-temperature heat-sealing copolymerized PP resin, 35 to 56 parts of a matte material, 2.5 to 3.5 parts of a smooth material and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of an antioxidant, the layer B comprises 92-98 parts of metallocene polyethylene, 1-4 parts of a smooth material and 1-4 parts of an antistatic material, and the layer C is prepared from 40 to 60 parts of a low-temperature heat-sealing copolymerized PP resin, 35 to 56 parts of a matte material, 2.5 to 3.5 parts of a smooth material and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of an antioxidant.
