According to the technical scheme, a transformer power generation system (5) is arranged at the top of a transformer oil tank (1) and connected with an uninterruptible power supply (2), and the uninterruptible power supply is connected with a transformer cooler (3); a plurality of cold and hot temperature difference power generation sheets (7) are tightly attached to an oil tank of the transformer, absorb heat on the surface of the oil tank of the transformer and generate power, the cold and hot temperature difference power generation sheets are connected in series and are connected with an inverter II, and a plurality of photovoltaic panels (8) are arranged at the top of the transformer and are connected in series and are connected with an inverter I; and the inverter I and the inverter II are both connected with the uninterruptible power supply.
