The method comprises the steps of establishing a unit model and a sub-array model, and extracting a pattern in an array; calculating an ideal array antenna radiation pattern, and extracting related parameters; calculating a deformed far-field pattern and an ideal compensation phase; rounding down the ideal compensation phase according to the minimum phase shift digit of a phase shifter; and finally, optimizing the compensation phase obtained by rounding down by using a genetic algorithm and the parameters of the ideal radiation pattern to obtain an actual compensation phase.
